قَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ " أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَحُكُّ الْمَنِيَّ مِنْ ثَوْبِهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) that "he would scrape semen off his garment."
Imam Musaddad narrated this report, and its chain is sahih (authentic); this practice is evidence that merely scraping off dried semen from a garment is sufficient for purity.
