وَبِهِ إِلَى ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ بُرْدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عِيَاضٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " الَّتِي لَمْ يُدْخَلْ بِهَا ، وَالَّتِي قَدْ دُخِلَ بِهَا - فِي الثَّلَاثِ سَوَاءٌ ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: "The woman with whom intercourse (consummation) has not yet taken place and the one with whom intercourse has taken place are both equal in the ruling on three (divorces taking effect)."
