قَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ : " أَنَّ رَجُلًا تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَجَهَّزَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَلَمْ يُعْطِ شَيْئًا " .
* هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ . وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، فَقَالَ : عَنْ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا ، وَصَلَهُ شَرِيكٌ وَأَرْسَلَهُ سُفْيَانُ .
أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَغَيْرُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ شَرِيكٍ .
* هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ . وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، فَقَالَ : عَنْ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا ، وَصَلَهُ شَرِيكٌ وَأَرْسَلَهُ سُفْيَانُ .
أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَغَيْرُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ شَرِيكٍ .
It is narrated from Khaythamah (may Allah have mercy on him) that "A man married a woman, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) himself prepared her trousseau, while that man had not paid anything (as dowry)." Technically this narration is mursal, although Sharik narrated it through Mansur from Talhah and Khaythamah, via Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her); thus Sharik narrated it as connected (mawsul) while Sufyan kept it mursal. Moreover, Imam Abu Dawud and other hadith scholars recorded it from the hadith of Sharik.
