قَالَ : وَحَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النَّاقِدُ ، ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَبِيبَةَ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنِ اسْتَحَلَّ بِدِرْهَمٍ فَقَدِ اسْتَحَلَّ " .
It is narrated from the grandfather of Yahya bin Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Labibah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever made (a woman) lawful (for himself through marriage) for one dirham has (indeed) made her lawful."
