الْحَارِثُ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا - قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ ، وَمَنْ أُحِيلَ عَلَى مَلِيءٍ فَلْيَحْتَلْ .
إِسْمَاعِيلُ ضَعِيفٌ . قَالَ الْبَزَّارُ : لَمْ يُتَابَعْ عَلَيْهِ .
إِسْمَاعِيلُ ضَعِيفٌ . قَالَ الْبَزَّارُ : لَمْ يُتَابَعْ عَلَيْهِ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he related that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Procrastination (in repayment) by a wealthy (debtor) is injustice, and whoever has (the collection of his debt) transferred to a wealthy person, let him accept (that transfer)." Isma'il (bin Muslim) is a da'if (weak) narrator; and Imam al-Bazzar said that he was not corroborated in narrating it (that is, he is alone in narrating it).
