وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : ثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَيَّاشٍ ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يُصَبُّ عَلَى بَوْلِ الْغُلَامِ الْمَاءُ ، وَيُغْسَلُ بَوْلُ الْجَارِيَةِ " .
14 \ 2 - حَدَّثَنَا حَوْثَرَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُبَارَكٌ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا بِهِ . وَزَادَ : مَا لَمْ يَطْعَمْ " وَزَادَ : طَعِمَتْ أَوْ لَمْ تَطْعَمْ ، وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ .
14 \ 2 - حَدَّثَنَا حَوْثَرَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُبَارَكٌ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا بِهِ . وَزَادَ : مَا لَمْ يَطْعَمْ " وَزَادَ : طَعِمَتْ أَوْ لَمْ تَطْعَمْ ، وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ .
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Water should (only) be poured over the urine of a nursing boy, while the urine of a girl should be properly washed." In another chain of this same hadith these words are added: that this concession of pouring water over a boy's urine applies 'ma lam yat'am', that is, "as long as he has not started regular food"; and concerning the girl it is stated that her urine is to be washed in every case, 'ta'imat aw lam tat'am', that is, "whether she has started eating or not." However, the narrator of this chain did not narrate it as marfu' (as a saying of the Prophet).
