Ishaq narrated through Jarir and Abd al-Aziz bin Rufay' from Rifa'ah bin Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade sharecropping on land and renting it out, except that a man buys land or it is lent to him." The narrator said: Then my father lent a piece of land, and the man farmed it and also built a house on it. One day my father went out riding and saw that building, and asked: "What is this?" He was told: "The man to whom you lent your land built it." At this he said: "Is this in return for what I lent him?" So he gave orders concerning the building, and it was demolished. This chain is sahih (authentic); part of it is mursal and part of it is mawquf.
