حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - : أَنَّهُ أَفَاضَ مِنْ عَرَفَةَ ، فَكَانَتْ تَلْبِيَتُهُ : لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ ! .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Umar al-Faruq (may Allah be pleased with him) that when he set off from the plain of Arafat (towards Muzdalifah), he was calling out the talbiyah in these words: 'Labbayk Allahumma labbayk' (Here I am, O Allah, here I am!).
