وَقَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ انْتَزَعْنَا مِنْهُ امْرَأَتَهُ ، وَلَمْ يَجُزْ نِكَاحُهُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "Any man who marries while he is in the state of ihram, we will separate his wife from him, and that marriage of his will not be (legally) valid or recognised."
