وَقَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، ثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : الْإِفْطَارُ فِي السَّفَرِ عَزْمَةٌ .
مَوْقُوفٌ صَحِيحٌ .

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "Not fasting and breaking the fast during a journey is a firm decision and an emphatic command from Allah Almighty."
