وَقَالَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ بِشْرٍ هُوَ ابْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْوِصَالِ ، وَإِنَّ أُخْتِي هَذِهِ تُوَاصِلُ ، وَأَنَا أَنْهَاهَا .
1029 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ هُوَ التَّمَّارُ ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، بِهِ .

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade wisal (fasting continuously without breaking the fast), and this sister of mine observes the wisal fast, while I forbid her from doing so."
Imam Ahmad bin Mani' said: Abu Nasr al-Tammar narrated to us; he transmitted this report through Hammad bin Salamah with the same preceding chain and text.
