قَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا الْحِمَّانِيُّ ، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْمَاءُ لَا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ " .
قَالَ الْبَزَّارُ : لَا نَعْلَمُهُ مَرْفُوعًا إِلَّا عَنْ شَرِيكٍ . قُلْتُ : إِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ ; فَإِنَّ الْحِمَّانِيَّ وَهُوَ يَحْيَى لَمْ يَنْفَرِدْ .
قَالَ الْبَزَّارُ : لَا نَعْلَمُهُ مَرْفُوعًا إِلَّا عَنْ شَرِيكٍ . قُلْتُ : إِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ ; فَإِنَّ الْحِمَّانِيَّ وَهُوَ يَحْيَى لَمْ يَنْفَرِدْ .
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Nothing makes water impure."
Imam al-Bazzar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "To our knowledge, this narration is known as marfu' (a saying of the Prophet) only through Sharik."
I (Ibn Hajar) say: "Its chain is hasan (good), because al-Himmani, whose name is Yahya, is not alone in narrating it."
