Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever recites: 'Subhan Allahi wa bihamdihi, subhanaka Allahumma wa bihamdika, ashhadu an la ilaha illa anta, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayk' (Allah is free of every imperfection and I declare His praise; You are free of every imperfection, O Allah, and praise belongs to You; I bear witness that there is no god but You; I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance) (the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:) if he recites these words in a gathering of remembrance, they will be like a seal set upon that gathering; and whoever recites them in a gathering of idle talk, they will become an expiation for him."

Hadith Takhrij«أخرجه المستدرك على الصحيحين برقم: 2012، وأخرجه المعجم الكبير للطبراني برقم: 1586»
In one narration the wording is: "The expiation of a gathering is that a person, before getting up, recites these words: 'Subhanaka Allahumma wa bihamdika, la ilaha illa anta, tub 'alayya waghfir li' (You are free of every imperfection, O Allah, and praise belongs to You; there is no god but You; accept my repentance and forgive me). He should recite these words three times. If it is a gathering of idle talk, these (words) will become an expiation for him, and if it is a gathering of remembrance, these (words) will become a seal upon it." Imam al-Tabarani recorded all of these narrations, and the narrators of the first narration are the narrators of the Sahih. (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: The various chains of this hadith have already passed in "Kitab al-Adhkar".

Conclusion of the book.
If Allah Almighty wills, (this book) is complete and finished, and all praise, favour and grace belong to Allah alone. We beseech Allah Almighty to make it beneficial, with goodness and well-being, for me and for all Muslims. Amin. And may Allah Almighty send blessings and peace upon our master, Sayyiduna Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and upon all his family and Companions, and send abundant peace. Amin. (This conclusion was written) in Tayba, the pure (Madinah al-Munawwarah), while sending upon the master of this city (the leader of both worlds (peace and blessings be upon him)), first and last, outwardly and inwardly, the most excellent blessings and the most complete greetings and praise. All praise belongs to Allah, the Most Merciful of those who show mercy.
This volume (juz') and the volumes before it came into the ownership of the honoured and esteemed, the learned scholar who acts upon his knowledge, the unique and incomparable, al-Fathi: Fath Allah (who is the confidential secretary, katib al-sirr, of the royal court of al-Malik al-Nasir). May Allah Almighty grant honour to his helpers and supporters, seal his deeds with good works, fulfil all his hopes from his Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, and make his end and his final abode excellent. O You besides whom there is no authority or rule in all of existence! And may Allah Almighty send blessings upon that Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the intercessor for the sinners, who falls down in prostration before his Master and beseeches Him, and the Most Merciful answers his request and supplication.
