عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ قَالَ : كُنْتُ شَرِيكًا لِلنَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَلَمَّا قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ قُلْتُ : أَتَعْرِفُنِي ؟ قَالَ : " كُنْتَ شَرِيكًا لِي ، فَنِعْمَ الشَّرِيكُ أَنْتَ ; كُنْتَ لَا تُمَارِي وَلَا تُدَارِي " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin al-Sa'ib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I was a business partner of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). When I came to Madinah, I asked: Do you recognise me? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: You were my partner, and you were a good partner; you neither deceived nor quarrelled.
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except Mansur bin Abi al-Aswad, who is thiqah (trustworthy).

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ قَالَ : أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لِأُبَايِعَهُ ، فَقُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَتَعْرِفُنِي ؟ قَالَ : " نَعَمْ ، أَلَمْ تَكُنْ شَرِيكًا لِي فَوَجَدْتُكَ خَيْرَ شَرِيكٍ ; لَا تُدَارِي وَلَا تُمَارِي " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
