بَابٌ فِيمَنْ لَعَنَ مُسْلِمًا أَوْ رَمَاهُ بِكُفْرٍ

عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ قَالَ :
كُنَّا إِذَا رَأَيْنَا الرَّجُلَ يَلْعَنُ أَخَاهُ ، رَأَيْنَا أَنَّهُ قَدْ أَتَى بَابًا مِنَ الْكَبَائِرِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَالْكَبِيرِ بِنَحْوِهِ ، وَإِسْنَادُ الْأَوْسَطِ جَيِّدٌ ، وَفِي إِسْنَادِ الْكَبِيرِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَهُوَ لَيِّنٌ .

رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَالْكَبِيرِ بِنَحْوِهِ ، وَإِسْنَادُ الْأَوْسَطِ جَيِّدٌ ، وَفِي إِسْنَادِ الْكَبِيرِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَهُوَ لَيِّنٌ .
Sayyiduna Salamah bin al-Akwa' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Whenever we saw a man cursing his brother, we considered that he had committed a major sin.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and something similar in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. The chain of al-Mu'jam al-Awsat is jayyid (good), and the chain of al-Mu'jam al-Kabir contains Ibn Lahi'ah, who is weak.

وَعَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - :
" لَعْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ كَقَتْلِهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Cursing a believer is like killing him."
