بَابٌ فِي مَنْ جَرَّدَ ظَهْرَ مُسْلِمٍ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ

عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - :
" مَنْ جَرَّدَ ظَهْرَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ ، لَقِيَ اللَّهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ جَيِّدٌ .
" مَنْ جَرَّدَ ظَهْرَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ ، لَقِيَ اللَّهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ جَيِّدٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever unjustly strips bare the back of a Muslim, when he presents himself before Allah Almighty, Allah Almighty will be angry with him."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its chain is jayyid (good).

وَعَنْ عِصْمَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - :
" ظَهْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِ حِمًى إِلَّا بِحَقِّهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
" ظَهْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِ حِمًى إِلَّا بِحَقِّهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Ismah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The back of a believer is a protected preserve, except when there is a right due against it."
