Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whatever a person holds when he accepts Islam belongs to him."
Abu Ya'la recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Yasin bin Mu'adh al-Zayyat, who is matruk (abandoned). Some hadith of this kind have already passed in the chapters on zakah and elsewhere.

Sayyiduna Razin bin Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When Islam appeared, we had a well, and I feared that the people around it would overpower us regarding it. So I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, we have a well, and I fear that the people around it will overpower us regarding it." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had a document written for me: "This is from Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). To proceed: Their well belongs to them, if he is truthful, and their land belongs to them, if he is truthful." The narrator said: Afterwards, our case was brought before one of the judges of Madinah, and on the basis of this document that judge ruled in our favour. The narrator said: In the letter of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the word kana was written as kawn.
Abu Ya'la recorded it. Its chain contains narrators whom I do not know.
