Sayyiduna Fayruz al-Daylami (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with the head of al-Aswad al-Ansi.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: No head was ever carried to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him); this did not happen even on the day of the Battle of Badr, until he came to Madinah.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration. Its chain contains a narrator, Zam'ah bin Salih, and he is da'if (weak). Other hadiths of this kind will come in their relevant places, if Allah wills.
