بَابٌ : فِيمَنْ يَبْرَأُ مِنْ وَلَدِهِ أَوْ وَالِدِهِ .

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنِ انْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهِ لِيَفْضَحَهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا ، فَضَحَهُ اللَّهُ - تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى - يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى رُءُوسِ الْأَشْهَادِ قِصَاصٌ بِقِصَاصٍ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَحْمَدَ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ إِمَامٌ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَحْمَدَ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ إِمَامٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever disowns his child in order to disgrace him in this world, Allah Almighty will disgrace him on the Day of Resurrection in the presence of all people; retribution for retribution."
Ahmad recorded it, and Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Tabarani's narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except Abdullah bin Ahmad, and he is thiqah (trustworthy) and an imam.

وَعَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " إِنَّ لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى عِبَادًا لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ ، وَلَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ " قِيلَ : مَنْ أُولَئِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : " مُتَبَرِّئٌ مِنْ وَالِدَيْهِ رَاغِبٌ عَنْهُمَا ، وَمُتَبَرِّئٌ مِنْ وَلَدِهِ ، وَرَجُلٌ أَنْعَمَ عَلَيْهِ قَوْمٌ فَكَفَرَ نِعْمَتَهُمْ وَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُمْ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَزَادَ : " وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ " .
وَفِيهِ زَبَّانُ بْنُ فَائِدٍ ، ضَعَّفَهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَابْنُ مَعِينٍ ، وَقَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ : صَالِحٌ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَزَادَ : " وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ " .
وَفِيهِ زَبَّانُ بْنُ فَائِدٍ ، ضَعَّفَهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَابْنُ مَعِينٍ ، وَقَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ : صَالِحٌ .
Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Indeed, Allah Almighty has some servants with whom Allah Almighty will not speak on the Day of Resurrection, whom He will not purify, and at whom He will not look with mercy." It was said, "O Messenger of Allah! Who are those people?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "One who disowns his parents and turns away from them, one who disowns his child, and a man upon whom a people bestowed a favour, but he was ungrateful for their favour and disowned them."
Ahmad and Tabarani recorded it, and (Tabarani) recorded these additional words: "And for them there will be a painful punishment." The chain of this narration contains a narrator, Zabban bin Fa'id, whom Ahmad and Yahya bin Ma'in declared da'if (weak). Abu Hatim says: He is salih (acceptable).
