بَابٌ فِيمَنْ أَفْسَدَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى زَوْجِهَا .

عَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ حَلَفَ بِالْأَمَانَةِ وَمَنْ خَبَّبَ عَلَى امْرِئٍ زَوْجَتَهُ أَوْ مَمْلُوكَهُ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا " .
قُلْتُ : رَوَى أَبُو دَاوُدَ مِنْهُ النَّهْيَ عَنِ الْحَلِفِ بِالْأَمَانَةِ فَقَطْ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا الْوَلِيدَ بْنَ ثَعْلَبَةَ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .
قُلْتُ : رَوَى أَبُو دَاوُدَ مِنْهُ النَّهْيَ عَنِ الْحَلِفِ بِالْأَمَانَةِ فَقَطْ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا الْوَلِيدَ بْنَ ثَعْلَبَةَ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .
Sayyiduna Buraydah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He is not of us who swears by the trust (amanah); and whoever turns a woman against her husband, or a slave against his master, he too cannot be of us."
(Allamah Haythami says:) I say: Abu Dawud recorded from this report only the part prohibiting swearing by the trust.
Ahmad and Bazzar recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih except al-Walid bin Tha'labah, and he is thiqah (trustworthy).

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ خَبَّبَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى زَوْجِهَا وَلَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ خَبَّبَ عَبْدًا عَلَى سَيِّدِهِ " .

Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Uthman bin Mutarrif, who is da'if (weak).
