بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَرْضَى لِأَهْلِهِ بِالْخُبْثِ .

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ - رَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " ثَلَاثَةٌ قَدْ حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى عَلَيْهِمُ الْجَنَّةَ : مُدْمِنُ الْخَمْرِ ، وَالْعَاقُّ ، وَالدَّيُّوثُ الَّذِي يُقِرُّ فِي أَهْلِهِ الْخُبْثَ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ رَاوٍ لَمْ يُسَمَّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are three kinds of people upon whom Allah Almighty has made Paradise forbidden: the habitual drinker of wine, the one who is disobedient (to his parents), and the dayyuth (cuckold) who tolerates indecency in his wife."

وَعَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ أَبَدًا : الدَّيُّوثُ وَالرَّجُلَةُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ وَالْمُدْمِنُ الْخَمْرَ " قَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَمَّا الْمُدْمِنُ الْخَمْرَ ، فَقَدْ عَرَفْنَاهُ فَمَا الدَّيُّوثُ ؟ قَالَ : " الَّذِي لَا يُبَالِي مَنْ دَخَلَ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ " قُلْنَا : فَمَا الرَّجُلَةُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ ؟ قَالَ : " الَّتِي تَشَبَّهُ بِالرِّجَالِ " .

Sayyiduna Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Three kinds of people will never enter Paradise: the dayyuth, women who act like men, and the one who habitually drinks wine." The people said: "O Messenger of Allah! As for the one who habitually drinks wine, we know him; what is this dayyuth?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The one who does not care who comes in to his wife." We said: "What is meant by women who act like men?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Those who imitate men."

وَعَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أُحَيْمِرَ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ مِنَ الصُّقُورِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ صَرْفًا ، وَلَا عَدْلًا " قُلْنَا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا الصُّقُورُ ؟ قَالَ : " الَّذِي يُدْخِلُ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ الرِّجَالَ " .

Sayyiduna Malik bin Uhaymir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Allah Almighty will not accept any obligatory or voluntary worship from the suqur on the Day of Resurrection." We said: "O Messenger of Allah! What is meant by the suqur?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The one who brings men in to his wife."
