بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ الْخَلْوَةِ بِغَيْرِ مَحْرَمٍ .

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ قَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " نَزَلْتَ عَلَى فُلَانَةَ وَأَغْلَقْتَ عَلَيْكَ بَابَهَا ؟ " قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، فَكَرِهَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - سَأَلَ رَجُلًا : " أَيْنَ نَزَلْتَ ؟ " .
وَرِجَالُ الْبَزَّارِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَالْأَوْسَطِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - سَأَلَ رَجُلًا : " أَيْنَ نَزَلْتَ ؟ " .
وَرِجَالُ الْبَزَّارِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: A man came back from a journey. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "You stayed at the house of such-and-such a woman and shut the door behind you?" He replied: "Yes." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) disliked this.
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, except that his wording is: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked a man: "Where did you stay?"

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No man should go in to a (non-mahram, lone) woman, except that if her mahram is with her, the ruling is different."

عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " إِيَّاكَ وَالْخَلْوَةَ بِالنِّسَاءِ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ مَا خَلَا رَجُلٌ بِامْرَأَةٍ إِلَّا دَخَلَ الشَّيْطَانُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَأَنْ يَزْحَمَ رَجُلٌ خِنْزِيرًا مُتَلَطِّخًا بِطِينٍ أَوْ حَمْأَةٍ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَزْحَمَ مَنْكِبُهُ مَنْكِبَ امْرَأَةٍ لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ " .

Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware of being in seclusion with (non-mahram) women. By the One in whose hand is my soul! Whenever a man is in seclusion with a (non-mahram) woman, Satan enters between the two of them. For a man to brush against a pig smeared with mud or mire is better for him than that his shoulder should brush against the shoulder of a woman who is not lawful for him."

وَعَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَأَنْ يُطْعَنَ فِي رَأْسِ أَحَدِكُمْ بِمِخْيَطٍ مِنْ حَدِيدِ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَمَسَّ امْرَأَةً لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ " .

Sayyiduna Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "For one of you to be pierced in the head with an iron needle is better for him than that he should touch a woman who is not lawful for him."
