Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "A man with thin shins from Abyssinia will destroy the Ka'bah. He will strip it of its ornaments and remove its covering. It is as if I am looking at him even now: bald at the front of his head, with a somewhat crooked foot, striking it with his spade and his pickaxe."
Ahmad recorded it, and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Ibn Ishaq, who is thiqah (trustworthy) but a mudallis (one who commits tadlis).

Sa'id bin Sam'an narrates: I heard Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) telling Sayyiduna Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allegiance will be pledged to a man between the Rukn and the Maqam. None but its own people will violate the sanctity of the House of Allah, and when they violate it, then do not ask about the destruction of the Arabs. Then the Abyssinians will come and destroy it, after which it will never be inhabited again, and it is the Abyssinians who will take out its treasure." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Part of it is narrated in the "Sahih".
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
