بَابُ مَتَى يَحِلُّ الْمُحْرِمُ .

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ بِسَبْعِ حَصَيَاتٍ - الْجَمْرَةَ الَّتِي عِنْدَ الْعَقَبَةِ - ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ ، فَنَحَرَ هَدْيًا ، ثُمَّ حَلَقَ ، فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ مَا حَرُمَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ شَأْنِ الْحَجِّ " .
قُلْتُ : لَهُ أَثَرٌ مَوْقُوفٌ عَلَيْهِ ، وَفِيهِ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
قُلْتُ : لَهُ أَثَرٌ مَوْقُوفٌ عَلَيْهِ ، وَفِيهِ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever stones the Jamrah that is at al-Aqabah with seven pebbles, then goes back and slaughters his sacrificial animal, then shaves his head, then whatever had been forbidden to him in connection with Hajj becomes lawful for him."
(Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: A report is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that stops at him (mawquf), and in it is mentioned: except the matter of women.
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it; its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy) and are the narrators of the Sahih.

وَعَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ وَذَبَحَ وَحَلَقَ فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ .

Ata' narrates that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had stoned the Jamrah, slaughtered (his sacrificial animal) and shaved his head, everything became lawful for him except women.
Imam Abu Ya'la recorded it; its chain contains al-Hajjaj bin Artah, and there has been criticism of him.
