وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : أَخَذَتْهُمْ رِيحٌ عَقِيمٌ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ . رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: On the occasion of the Battle of Badr, a barren wind (without rain) seized those people.
