وَعَنْ رَبِيعَةَ الْجُرَشِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " مَنْ كَتَمَ غَلُولًا فَهُوَ مِثْلُهُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ رَجُلٌ لَمْ يُسَمَّ وَابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Rabi'ah al-Jurashi (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever conceals embezzled property is like the one who embezzled it."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a man who is not named, and a narrator Ibn Lahi'ah. The remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
