وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنِ انْتَهَبَ أَوْ سَلَبَ أَوْ أَشَارَ بِالسَّلْبِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ قَابُوسُ بْنُ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He is not one of us who plunders, or snatches (that is, seizes by force), or points towards snatching."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Qabus bin Abi Zabyan, who is thiqah (trustworthy) but has some weakness.
