Majma al-Zawaid 9617 — Women and others whom it is forbidden to kill

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the killing of women and children, and he said: "These two will go to whoever prevails."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains Atiyyah al-Awfi, and he is da'if (weak).
