بَابُ مَا نُهِيَ عَنْ قَتْلِهِ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ وَغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ
Women and others whom it is forbidden to kill
Majma al-Zawaid 9609 — Women and others whom it is forbidden to kill
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - نَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the killing of women and children.
