Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 9346

Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you intend to take part in battle, buy a horse that has a bright blaze on its forehead, white markings on its (three) legs, and none on its (front) right leg; in this way you will remain safe and you will also obtain spoils."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Ubayd bin al-Sabbah, who is da'if (weak).
