Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 9313

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a message to Sayyiduna Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "Keep consulting one another, keep cooperating with one another, make things easy and do not make them difficult, give glad tidings and do not drive people away."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains Amr bin Abi Khalifah al-Abdi, and I do not know him. The remaining narrators of this report are the narrators of the Sahih.
