عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " هَدَايَا الْعُمَّالِ غُلُولٌ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ مِنْ رِوَايَةِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ الْحِجَازِيِّينَ وَهِيَ ضَعِيفَةٌ .
قُلْتُ : وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَتْ أَحَادِيثُ فِي الرِّشَا فِي كِتَابِ الْأَحْكَامِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ مِنْ رِوَايَةِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ الْحِجَازِيِّينَ وَهِيَ ضَعِيفَةٌ .
قُلْتُ : وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَتْ أَحَادِيثُ فِي الرِّشَا فِي كِتَابِ الْأَحْكَامِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Humayd al-Sa'idi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Gifts given to state officials are treachery (ghulul)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it through Isma'il bin Ayyash from the people of the Hijaz, and this narration is da'if (weak).
(Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Hadiths about giving bribes have already passed in the Book of Judgements (Kitab al-Ahkam).
