بَابٌ فِي أَئِمَّةِ الظُّلْمِ وَالْجَوْرِ وَأَئِمَّةِ الضَّلَالَةِ .

وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " إِنَّ شَرَّ الْوُلَاةِ الْحُطَمَةُ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The worst of rulers are those who are never satisfied (even after plundering and devouring)."
