وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - اسْتَعْمَلَ رَجُلًا عَلَى عَمَلٍ فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ خِرْ لِي ؟ قَالَ : " الْزَمْ بَيْتَكَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ الْفُرَاتُ بْنُ أَبِي الْفُرَاتِ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) appointed a man as an official over some task. He said: O Messenger of Allah! Choose for me (what is better). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Stay in your home.
