Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 8882

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: A woman came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to give him her pledge of allegiance. That woman had not applied henna, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not accept her pledge until she had applied henna.
Imam Bazzar recorded it. Its chain contains Layth bin Abi Sulaym, who is mudallis, and the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
