وَعَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " الطَّهَارَاتُ أَرْبَعٌ : قَصُّ الشَّارِبِ ، وَحَلْقُ الْعَانَةِ ، وَتَقْلِيمُ الْأَظْفَارِ ، وَالسِّوَاكُ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الصَّدَفِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Purification is of four kinds: trimming the moustache short, removing the pubic hair, clipping the nails, and using the miswak."
Al-Bazzar and al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Mu'awiyah bin Yahya al-Sadafi, who is da'if (weak).
