Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 8830

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: At first the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to let his hair fall straight back (that is, he did not part it). He kept doing so for as long as Allah willed, then later he began to part it.
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
