وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : بَيْنَمَا النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِالْأُثَايَةِ إِذْ أُتِيَ بِوَرْدِ الْحِنَّاءِ ، فَقَالَ : " يُشْبِهُ رَيْحَانَ الْجَنَّةِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ وَغَيْرُهُ مِمَّنْ وُثِّقَ ، وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ وَغَيْرُهُ مِمَّنْ وُثِّقَ ، وَحَدِيثُهُ حَسَنٌ وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was at al-Uthayah when a henna plant was brought to him, and he said: "This resembles the plants of Paradise."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Ibn Lahi'ah, and besides him another narrator who has been declared trustworthy; his hadith is hasan, though there is weakness in it. Its remaining narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
