Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 8676

وَعَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ : أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ هُدَيَ لَهُ مَطَارِفَ خَزٍّ فِيهَا مِطْرَفٌ أَحْمَرُ ، فَقَسَمَهَا بَيْنَ بَنِيهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Muhammad bin Sirin says: Some wraps (or cloaks) of khazz were given as a gift to Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), among them a red one, and he distributed them among his sons.
Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
