وَعَنْ أَبِي عُكَاشَةَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ عَلَى الْحُسَيْنِ يَوْمَ قُتِلَ يَلْمَقَ سُنْدُسٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ . وَأَبُو عُكَّاشَةَ قَدْ جُهِلَ بِكَوْنِهِ لَمْ يَرْوِ عَنْهُ غَيْرُ أَبِي لَيْلَى وَقَدْ رَوَى عَنْهُ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالِ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ . وَأَبُو عُكَّاشَةَ قَدْ جُهِلَ بِكَوْنِهِ لَمْ يَرْوِ عَنْهُ غَيْرُ أَبِي لَيْلَى وَقَدْ رَوَى عَنْهُ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالِ الصَّحِيحِ .
Abu Ukkashah al-Hamdani says: On the day Sayyiduna Imam Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) was martyred, I saw that he was wearing a gown of sundus (fine silk brocade).
Tabarani recorded it. The narrator Abu Ukkashah has been declared majhul (unknown), because no one other than Abu Layla narrated from him; yet Abu Ishaq has narrated from him. The rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
