وَعَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ : مَنْ لَبِسَ ثَوْبَ حَرِيرٍ أَلْبَسَهُ اللَّهُ ثَوْبًا مِنْ نَارٍ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَيَّامِكُمْ وَلَكِنْ مِنْ أَيَّامِ اللَّهِ الطِّوَالِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ عَنْ شَيْخِهِ رَجَاءِ بْنِ الْجَارُودِ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: Whoever wears a silk garment, Allah Almighty will clothe him in a garment made of fire, and that day will not be reckoned by your days, but by the long days of Allah Almighty.
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it from his teacher Raja' bin al-Jarud; I do not know him. The remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
