Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 8634

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you sit, take off your sandals." The narrator says: the narration also contains these words: "In this way your feet will get rest."
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Musa bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim al-Taymi, who is da'if (weak).
A narration has already passed earlier, in the chapter on food and drink, that the sandals should be taken off at the time of eating.
