وَعَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ نَاسًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَأْتَزِرُونَ عَلَى أَنْصَافِ سُوقِهِمْ فَذَكَرَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ وَزَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ وَأُسَامَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ وَالْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Abu Ishaq narrates: I saw some of the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) whose lower garments reached the middle of their shins. Then the narrator mentioned Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), Sayyiduna Zayd bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him), Sayyiduna Usamah bin Zayd (may Allah be pleased with them both) and Sayyiduna al-Bara' bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) (as being among those who did so).
