وَعَنِ الْخَيَّاطِ الَّذِي قَطَعَ لِلْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَمِيصًا قَالَ : قُلْتُ : أَجْعَلُهُ عَلَى ظَهْرِ الْقَدَمِ ؟ قَالَ : لَا ، قُلْتُ : فَأَجْعَلُهُ مِنْ أَسْفَلِ الْكَعْبَيْنِ ؟ قَالَ : مَا أَسْفَلَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ فِي النَّارِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ . وَالْخَيَّاطُ لَمْ يُسَمَّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .

It is reported from a tailor who cut a shirt for Imam Husayn bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both); he narrates: I said: Shall I make it reach the top of the foot? Imam Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) said: No! I said: Shall I make it go below the ankles? Imam Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Whatever is below the ankles will be in the Fire.
Al-Tabarani recorded it. The tailor is not named, and the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
