Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 8421

Sayyiduna Abu Dharr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The evil eye, by the command of Allah, so afflicts a man that he climbs up a high mountain (haliq) and then falls down from it."
Ahmad and al-Bazzar recorded it, and the narrators of Ahmad are thiqat (trustworthy).
