وَعَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : حَجَّمَ أَبُو طِيبَةَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ عُيَيْنَةُ بْنُ حِصْنٍ أَوِ الْأَقْرَعُ بْنُ حَابِسٍ فَقَالَ : مَا هَذَا ؟ فَقَالَ : " هَذَا الْحَجْمُ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ مَا تَدَاوَيْتُمْ بِهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ حَفْصٍ الْعُمَرِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ حَفْصٍ الْعُمَرِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Abu Taybah was cupping the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Uyaynah bin Hisn or al-Aqra' bin Habis came into the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and asked: "What is this?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This is cupping, and it is the best of what you use as medicine."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Abdullah bin Umar bin Hafs al-Umari, who is thiqah (trustworthy) yet there is weakness in him; the remaining narrators of this report are the narrators of the Sahih.
