وَعَنْ أَنْسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ :
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كَانَ يَصِفُ فِي عِرْقِ النَّسَا أَلْيَةَ كَبْشٍ عَرَبِيٍّ لَيْسَ بِالْعَظِيمِ وَلَا بِالصَّغِيرِ ، يُجَزَّأُ ثَلَاثَةَ أَجْزَاءٍ ، فَيُذَابُ وَيُشْرَبُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ جُزْءًا .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) relates: For sciatica, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would recommend the fat tail of an Arabian ram, neither small nor large; it is to be divided into three portions, melted, and one portion drunk each day.
