Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 8291

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The stomach is the reservoir of the body, and the veins are channels issuing from it. When the stomach is sound, health spreads through the veins as well; and when the stomach is diseased, illness comes into the veins as well."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains Yahya bin Abdullah al-Babalti, who is da'if (weak).
