عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ حَيَّانَ جَدَّ ابْنِ أَبْجَرَ الْأَكْبَرِ يَقُولُ :
دَعِ الدَّوَاءَ مَا احْتَمَلَ جَسَدُكَ الدَّاءَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
دَعِ الدَّوَاءَ مَا احْتَمَلَ جَسَدُكَ الدَّاءَ .

Al-A'mash relates: I heard Hayyan, the grandfather of Ibn Abjar, saying: Leave medicine alone as long as your body can bear the illness!
