وَعَنْ أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا وَفِي بَيْتِهَا قِرْبَةٌ مُعَلَّقَةٌ ، قَالَ : فَشَرِبَ مِنَ الْقِرْبَةِ قَائِمًا قَالَ : فَعَمَدَتْ إِلَى فَمِ الْقِرْبَةِ فَقَطَعَتْهَا .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ الْبَرَاءُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ وَلَمْ يُضَعِّفْهُ أَحَدٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ الْبَرَاءُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ وَلَمْ يُضَعِّفْهُ أَحَدٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyidah Umm Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to her house, and a waterskin was hanging in her house. the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) drank from that waterskin while standing. Sayyidah Umm Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with her) went to the mouth of the waterskin and cut it off.
Imam Ahmad and Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration. Its chain contains al-Bara' bin Zayd, whom no one has declared weak. The remaining narrators of this narration are the narrators of the Sahih.
